Competitive Mathematics
Scored in the top 2.5% of the 2023 AMC 10A and the 2025 AMC 12A, qualifying for the prestigious American Invitational Mathematics Examination, and a winner of the UNM-PNM Statewide High School Mathematics Contest.
Competitive Chemistry
Finalist at the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad. Won second place at the local competition.
President’s Volunteer Service Award
Awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award for my volunteer service with UPchieve.
UPchieve Tutoring
Served as a volunteer tutor for mathematics through AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, and AP Computer Science Principles for low-income students. Top 20% tutor, problem writer for computer science.
Study of Exceptional Talent
Inducted into the Julian C. Stanley Study of Exceptional Talent (SET), a longitudinal study of youth achieving high scores on the SAT mathematics or evidence-based reading and writing sections.
Programming and Website Development
Programmed for several years, competing in the USA Computing Olympiad in both Python and Java. Started a website design, management, and hosting business serving over 100 websites.
Free Speech Advocacy
I am a strong advocate for free speech. I started the #FreeSpeechAtOHS movement and was invited to attend the 2026 Free Speech Forum.
Violin and Orchestra
Played the violin for several years in both school-sponsored and independent ensembles.
Music Composition and Arrangement
Composed and arranged music using Musescore.
Youth Advisory Committee
I am currently serving as the elected Vice President of Congresswoman Norma J. Torres’s Youth Advisory Committee.
As Vice President, I led a group project — an anti-bullying public service announcement video — in June 2026.
